Beta Terms

Version 1.0.0, in force since 2026-11-01.

These Beta Terms apply to the beta features of the products and services of MIDDAG, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States.

These Beta Terms are incorporated by reference into the agreement described in the Terms of Service.

These Beta Terms are generic and apply to any product or service; a beta feature that needs specific rules will have them in the Service Terms.

Definitions

“Beta Feature” means a product, service or feature that MIDDAG, LLC identifies as beta, preview, early access, experimental or not generally available, or offers for evaluation.

“Feedback” means suggestions, comments, ideas and reports that a customer or user gives MIDDAG, LLC about a Beta Feature.

Participation

Participation in a Beta Feature is optional, and a customer may stop using a Beta Feature at any time.

MIDDAG, LLC may limit a Beta Feature to some customers, and may end a customer’s access to it at any time.

A customer uses a Beta Feature only for evaluation, unless MIDDAG, LLC states in writing that it may be used in production.

Nature of Beta Features

A Beta Feature may contain errors, may be incomplete and may not work as expected or as documented.

MIDDAG, LLC may change, suspend or discontinue a Beta Feature at any time, with or without notice, and does not commit to making it generally available.

A Beta Feature that becomes generally available may have different features, terms and fees.

No service level and no support obligation

The service levels of the Service Level Agreement do not apply to a Beta Feature, and a Beta Feature does not count toward any service credit.

The support obligations of the Support Policy do not apply to a Beta Feature, and MIDDAG, LLC provides support for it at its discretion.

Data

Data used with a Beta Feature may be lost or corrupted, and MIDDAG, LLC may delete it when the Beta Feature changes or ends.

A customer keeps its own copy of any data that it uses with a Beta Feature and does not use a Beta Feature with data that it cannot afford to lose.

The processing of personal data by MIDDAG, LLC in connection with a Beta Feature follows the Privacy Policy and, for Business customers, the Data Processing Addendum.

Fees

The fees for a Beta Feature, if any, are those stated in the order or in the offer.

Confidentiality

A Beta Feature that MIDDAG, LLC has not announced publicly, and the information about it, are confidential information of MIDDAG, LLC under the Terms of Service.

Feedback

Giving Feedback is optional.

MIDDAG, LLC may use Feedback freely to improve its products and services, without any obligation to the customer or user, and the customer or user grants MIDDAG, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free license to do so.

Feedback does not include customer data, and MIDDAG, LLC does not identify the customer or user publicly as the source of Feedback without consent.

No warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, a Beta Feature is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, MIDDAG, LLC has no liability for any loss that arises from the use of a Beta Feature, or from its change, suspension or discontinuation.

Nothing in these Beta Terms limits the rights that a Consumer has under the mandatory law of the country or state where the Consumer lives.

Changes

These Beta Terms change under the rules for changes in the Terms of Service, and each change is announced on the Updates page.
