# Updates (effective 2026-11-02)

This page lists the changes to the terms, policies and agreements of MIDDAG, LLC that are announced for a future date.

## How changes are announced

MIDDAG, LLC announces a change to any document published on this site before its effective date, with the notice period set in the [Terms of Service](/terms/#changes-to-these-terms), except for the changes that the [Terms of Service](/terms/#changes-that-apply-immediately) allow to take effect sooner.

MIDDAG, LLC notifies its existing customers of a change by email, sent through their MIDDAG account.

This page offers no subscription and no feed; it lists the same changes for anyone to read.

Each announced change appears under "Upcoming" with the document, the new version, the effective date and a short summary of what changes, and links to the text of the new version.

On the effective date, the new version replaces the current one on its page, the entry leaves this page, and the superseded version moves to the [Archive](/archive/).

The rights of a customer who objects to a change, and the date by which an objection must be received, are set out in the [Terms of Service](/terms/); changes to the list of subprocessors follow the [Subprocessors](/subprocessors/) page.
