# Cookie Policy

> Version 1.0.0, in force since 2026-11-01.

This Cookie Policy explains how MIDDAG, LLC ("MIDDAG", "we" or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites and in the MIDDAG Account, and the choices you have.

## 1. What cookies are

1.1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it; similar technologies include local storage, pixels and scripts that read or store information on your device.

1.2. First-party cookies are set by the website you visit, and third-party cookies are set by another provider, such as an analytics service.

1.3. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, and persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.

## 2. Categories of cookies

2.1. We group cookies in the categories below, and the list of section 3 shows which categories we use.

2.2. **Strictly necessary:** needed for a website or the MIDDAG Account to work, such as sign-in, security, load balancing and remembering your cookie choices; these cookies cannot be switched off through our cookie settings.

2.3. **Preferences:** remember your settings, such as language.

2.4. **Analytics:** help us understand how our websites are used, so that we can improve them.

2.5. **Marketing:** help us measure our campaigns and show relevant content about our products and services.

2.6. Where the law requires your consent, we set cookies other than strictly necessary cookies only after you consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

## 3. List of cookies

<!-- D51: the list of cookies and the consent tool are pending (P-645); this section is a marker until they are mapped. -->

3.1. The list of the cookies we use, with their provider, purpose, category and duration, will be published in this section.

## 4. Your choices

4.1. Where our websites or the MIDDAG Account set cookies other than strictly necessary cookies, they show a cookie banner through which you can accept or reject those cookies.

4.2. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link of our websites and of the MIDDAG Account.

4.3. Where the law requires it, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal sent by your browser, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of cookies that count as a sale or sharing of personal data or as targeted advertising.

4.4. You can also block or delete cookies in the settings of your browser; if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of our websites and of the MIDDAG Account may not work.

## 5. More information

5.1. How we process the personal data collected through cookies, and your rights over it, is described in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy/).

5.2. Questions about this Cookie Policy: privacy@middag.io.

## 6. Changes to this Cookie Policy

6.1. We give notice of changes to this Cookie Policy 30 days before the effective date of the change, under the rules of section 9 of our [Privacy Policy](/privacy/).

6.2. Adding the list of cookies to section 3, or updating it, is an update of information and not a change to the rules of this Cookie Policy.
